Spreadsheet for Delegate Selection Dates 1960-2004

Linked is a spreadsheet that lists the dates for delegate selection from 1960 to 2004 (plus 2008, though it's probably out of date). It is not entirely complete (1972 is pretty empty) but has almost all.

It does not include delegate counts, only the dates those contests occurred and whether they were primaries, caucuses, or conventions.

p = primary

cm or c = caucus

cv = convention

blank = not held (mostly in incumbent years like 1964) / not filled in.
