Right click an XML file, and open with notepad.

BTW: Before you start messing around with the files, just a reminder to make a copy of the scenario you are editing, and edit the copied scenario.

Some of the XML files give me the flashbacks of the whole PMF:C 2006 thing with having to look at a huge stack of ridings data. Luckily, there was the Constituency Editor and Scenario Checker, which I assume 80soft will, in time, release for PF. (Only replace Constituency Editor with something else, obviously)
