Snefix
Has a way be devised to allow for the popular vote to determine the winner, rather than the electoral college? I ask, simply because I was thinking of getting started on creating some Gov/Sen scenarios, but they aren't really feasible with the electoral college. That gives problems with campaigning (barnstorming quickly loses effect). I really hope a proportionality element is included in future versions of PF/PMF, as at the moment there are a lot of countries whose electoral system is incompatible with the software.
