Bull Moose
Over spring break I was tinkering around with creating a President Forever scenario that was based on my college's Senate President elections. I took me a while, but I finally finished everything I thought I was suppose to do. However, I must have done something wrong, somewhere along the way, and the scenario won't work. I really want to have it work, and I was wondering if you have any advice. The big problems I've seen so far are: 1. In candidate editor, every time I try to change a candidate's platform, an error message comes up and says "List index out of Bounds (267)." Then when I change their positioning on an issue, it usually changes a position on a different issue too. 2. I can set up the game, choose the candidates and running mates, but once I try to start the game, an error message comes up saying "List Index out of bounds (0)". Then the map is the one of the U.S. and not of my College, and all other info is completely messed-up.
dr abc
Did you change around any files beforehand? Get the default version of the game, copy the basic scenario directory somewhere else and rename it. Then change the map, the scenario rules, party names. Then go into the editor. I haven't had any problems with P4E (unlike PM4E). Can't really help.
