dr abc 9
Started it up and whatever the combination of parties it says there's an error with the regional_center (I think) files. A blank map shows up and anything you click brings up more errors. Anybody get it to work? And by the way looking at the candidates... Jacques Chirac will be something like 85 in 2015. I don't think he'll be running for elections. How come Guy Verhoefstad is categorised as a liberal? I think he's a Belgian Socialist. Finally how come Romano Prodi was left out? Go Ralph! 0
The problem has to do with what version of P4E you use - I (the author) used the latest one to make the scenario, so maybe that's it. The candidates are simply the current leaders of the various nations within it - Outside of the UK, I know little about European politics and so couldn't possibly go round making predictions for who would be each nation's leader in 2015. It's not necesarilly designed to be realistic (for example, there would never ever be a Euro Superstate within 10 years time), just fun. As for Verhoefstad, Wikipedia classed his party in the category of Liberalism, plus they're also members of the European Liberal Democrat political party in the EU parliament, ergo he's a Liberal in the game - if that's not the case then I apologize. Go Ralph! 0
And Romano Prodi was left out as he's not a leader of a nation, he's EU President, and this game isn't about the European Union.
