Here are the proposed issue descriptions;

	Affordable Housing
Far-Left	Socialize all housing!
Left	Declare homelessness and housing “national emergencies”. Help build and operate 50,000 supportive housing units in the next decade and boost housing benefits with a federal-provincial program for rental assistance.
Center-Left	Create 500,000 units of quality, affordable housing in the next ten years so families can afford a safe place to call home. Waive federal portion of GST/HST on construction of new affordable rental units. Put in place a Foreign Buyer’s tax on the sale of homes.
Center	Introduce First Home Savings Accounts for Canadians under 40 to save up to $40,000 toward their first house; deposits and withdrawals are tax-free. Give $1 billion in grants and loans to develop rent-to-own projects.
Center-Right	The best way to get affordable housing is with a strong job market and new housing created by the private sector. Increase the Home Accessibility Tax Credit claim amount to $10,000 per person.
Right	Practically everyone can afford a home, if they are willing to move. Let the free market decide where people will live. Reduce immigration and zoning restrictions to reduce affordability problems in major cities.
Far-Right	Deport homeless people!

	Budget and Deficit
Far-Left	Deficits aren't the concern. The environment and social programs need much more funding.
Left	Repudiate the debt as it is capitalist exploitation.
Center-Left	Budget deficits are fine to fund important social programs.
Center	Adopt a responsible and measured approach to balance the budget over the next decade
Center-Right	Balance budget quicker than the Conservatives but not as fast as the PPC.
Right	Get rid of the deficit by the end of a first mandate through fiscal prudence and spending cuts, including corporate welfare, foreign development aid, equalization payments, and funding for programs which are provincial or municipal responsibilities.
Far-Right	Paying down the debt is top priority, dissolve Parliament if deficit is run.

Canadian Arts and Culture
Far-Left	The state should own the means of production, and that includes arts and culture!
Left	Significantly increase funding for arts and culture.
Center-Left	Increase funding for CBC and Radio-Canada. Digital media companies must support Canadian content. Arts and cultural institutions receive stable, long-term funding.
Center	Modernize the Broadcasting Act to level the playing field between Canadian broadcasters and foreign streaming services like Netflix. Support Canadian media to help with digital transitions.
Center-Right	Undertake a review of the mandate of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission along with the mandate of CBC, including CBC News Network; give Radio-Canada its own legal structure.
Right	Our distinct values are those of a contemporary Western civilization. Repeal the Multiculturalism Act and eliminate all funding to promote multiculturalism. Emphasize instead the integration of immigrants into Canadian society.
Far-Right	Ban any non-Canadian culture from being published or funded.

	Childcare
Far-Left	Childcare is a necessity that should be provided free for all families.
Left	Boost federal funding of child care to at least one per cent of GDP annually.
Center-Left	Work with the provinces to build a universal $10 per day childcare system.
Center	Build a $10-a-day day care system in 5 years (outside of Quebec).
Center-Right	Change the Child Care Expense deduction into a refundable tax credit up to 75 per cent of child care costs for lower income familie.
Right	The provinces should have responsibility over child care legilsation.
Far-Right	Child care is an individual responsibilty that does not rest with government.

	Corruption
Far-Left	All political parties are very corrupt. We should only elect Independents or parties outside of the main five.
Left	The Liberals and Conservatives are both establishment parties with a long history of scandals and ethics violations favouring the well-connected.
Center-Left	The Conservatives are most corrupt. The Liberals shouldn't apologize for standing up for Canadian jobs.
Center	This isn't about parties, it's about the powerful versus the rest of us. SNC-Lavalin is just an instance of a bigger problem - corporate control.
Center-Right	The Liberals are the most corrupt. Trudeau has been found guilty of breaking federal ethics law twice to reward his supporters and punish his critics. He know he broke the law - now we need to find out if he committed a crime. Call on RCMP to investigate.
Right	The Liberals and NDP are the most corrupt.
Far-Right	Corruption scandals are just part of the political process that we'll never eliminate.

	COVID response
Far-Left	The government have been a disaster and only listened to business and not respected the science!
Left	The Liberals have not provided enough help to Canadians and there should be an inquiry into the government's handling.
Center-Left	The Liberals have handled the pandemic well and should be entrusted with a majority.
Center	Protect in law the independence of the Chief Public Health Officer and require them to report annually to Parliament with recommendations to improving the country’s emergency preparedness.
Center-Right	Call an immediate public inquiry to examine the government’s pandemic response and overhaul Canada’s Pandemic Plan and preparedness to include domestic vaccine research, trials development and manufacturing capacity and readiness.
Right	Covid has resulted in too many of our civil liberties being restricted in the name of public health.
Far-Right	Covid is a hoax and a 'plandemic' to usher in depopulation.

Crime
Far-Left	A number of prisons can be closed if we expand parole and drastically reduce current and future sentences.
Left	Limit the funding of the RCMP; create an independent oversight body; redirect funds from police forces to social and community services that serve to strengthen local communities. Decriminalize possession of illicit drugs
Center-Left	Remove most mandatory minimum sentences, increase the sentencing discretion of judges, ensure bail programs are culturally appropriate, boost funding for restorative justice programs and ensure Gladue principles are upheld in court proceedings.
Center	Get tough on gun crime. Combat harmful online content, including hate speech, with legislation introduced within the first 100 days; Reform the RCMP, including outside reviews of harassment.
Center-Right	Hire additional RCMP officers to focus on gangs and the smuggling of guns and drugs. Amend firearms laws to ensure that administrative expiries do not lead to criminal charges or seizures.
Right	Replace the Firearms Act and supporting legislation to prioritize effective measures to improve public safety and fight crime in Canada. Replace the costly and burdensome licensing system with an efficient lifetime certification system for firearms owners following mandatory vetting, safety training and testing.
Far-Right	The death penalty needs to be brough back.

	Dairy and Poultry Boards
Far-Left	Dairy and poultry should be socialized!
Left	Introduce a payment protection program for produce growers and restore protection for growers selling to the U.S.
Center-Left	Add another $292.5 million to help processors of supply-managed agricultural products adapt to new trade rules.
Center	Support and defend the supply management system, especially for dairy and poultry.
Center-Right	Create a free, open, and fair system that will save Canadians billions of dollars annually thanks to the lower prices they will pay for these products.
Right	Help poor people's grocery bills by getting rid of dairy and poultry cartels!
Far-Right	Canada doesn't need dairy and poultry production - the U.S. can supply all that for us!

	Early Election
Far-Left	Trudeau is a fascist and we need a socialist governent!
Left	Trudeau has not been radical enough and should be voted out.
Center-Left	The Liberals have handled the pandemic well and should be entrusted with a majority.
Center	The election isn't needed, a minority government suits the current situation.
Center-Right	The Liberals are just calling this election for political opportunism and cannot be trusted to run the country anymore.
Right	The Tories are too liberal and will not be any different from another Liberal government.
Far-Right	Trudeau is a communist and we need a nationalist governent!

	Electoral Reform
Far-Left	Funding only for parties and inviduals that are not government or official opposition to create greater fairness.
Left	We demand Proportional Representation, which places equal value on every vote and encourages cross-party collaboration.
Center-Left	Bring in mixed-member proportional representation voting within the first mandate, establishing an independent citizen’s assembly to recommend the best way to implement this
Center	After consultation, the result is that Canadians want to stay with FPP. No more expensive referenda for now.
Center-Right	FPP should stay.
Right	FPP to stay. Taxpayer dollars should not go to parties that are not the government or Official Opposition.
Far-Right	It's time to strengthen the monarchy!

Energy and Climate Change
Far-Left	Reduce greenhouse gases to below 1990 levels by 2040. Tar sands and nuclear power eliminated by 2018.
Left	Target 60 per cent reduction in GHG emission by 2030, with clear timelines.End new pipeline construction, fracking and oil and gas exploration projects and use those funds to invest in the infrastructure and green sectors.
Center-Left	Set a target of reducing carbon emissions to 50 per cent below 2005 levels by 2030, getting there by eliminating fossil fuel subsidies
Center	Reduce emissions by 40-45 per cent by 2030, compared to 2005 levels. Achieve a “100 percent net-zero emitting electricity system by 2035.”
Center-Right	We must balance the economy with environmental policies. Fight climate change with technology. Canadian energy products can be used to replace dirtier foreign energy sources.
Right	Given the uncertainties over the scientific basis of global warming, and the certainties about the huge costs of measures designed to fight it, there is no compelling reason to jeopardize our prosperity with more government interventions.
Far-Right	Climate change is a hoax. Pipelines, oil sands, and fossil fuel energy creates jobs for Canada!

	Foreign Relations
Far-Left	Trudeau is just a front for crony capitalism and selling the Canadian government to the highest bidder!
Left	Trudeau hasn't done enough for human rights! Support nuclear disarmament, recommit to peacekeeping and ensure Canadian-made weapons are not fuelling conflict and human rights abuses in other countries.
Center-Left	Trudeau has been great!
Center	Trudeau has sometimes been a bit goofy overseas, but overall he's a decent representative for Canada.
Center-Right	Recognize as a genocide the measures being carried out by the People’s Republic of China against Uyghurs and other Turkic Muslims; and “stand up” to the Chinese Communist Party.
Right	Canada needs a common-sense foreign policy focused on the security and prosperity of Canadians, not an ideological approach that compromises our interests. Withdraw from all UN commitments.
Far-Right	Trudeau is a joke. We must put Canada first over all other nations. Leave the UN!

	Health Care
Far-Left	100% public free access including dentist, chiropractor, etc.
Left	Establish prescription drug coverage for every Canadian citizen and permanent resident starting in 2022, for $38.5 billion over four years.
Center-Left	Health care should remain public with an increase in funding.
Center	Increase federal spending on health care in a stable and predictable way to increase quality of Health Care.
Center-Right	Establish and hold providers to account for acceptable wait times.
Right	It is up to the provinces to implement reforms in line with the more efficient and less costly mixed universal systems of other developed countries.
Far-Right	Health care is the responsibility of the provinces. Eliminate federal funding.

	Immigration
Far-Left	No borders! Anyone who wants to can come to Canada!
Left	End the Safe Third Country Agreement with the United States regarding asylum seekers.Take the lead in discussions to define “environmental refugee.”
Center-Left	End the cap on family reunification applications to sponsor parents and grandparents and reduce the backlogs there.
Center	Resettle 20,000 Afghans threatened by the Taliban, including women leaders, human rights workers, LGBTI individuals, family of previously resettled interpreters.
Center-Right	Replace government-assisted refugee places with private and joint sponsorship places, meaning that all refugees arriving in Canada would do so under private or joint sponsorship programs, except in cases of emergency or specific programs
Right	Substantially lower the total number of immigrants and refugees Canada accept every year, depending on economic and other circumstances.
Far-Right	No more immigrants!

	Indigenous Affairs
Far-Left	Large parts of the country need to be returned to aboriginals for full self governance and legal system.
Left	We need to adopt real justice and reconciliation. Inquiry into missing aboriginal women is essential as is the adoption of the Kelowna Accord.
Center-Left	All proposals from TRC need to be adopted. Inquiry into missing aboriginal women needs to be conducted.
Center	Study findings of TRC to see if any should be adopted. An inquiry into missing aboriginal women is necessary.
Center-Right	Study findings of TRC for necessary measures to adopt. An inquiry into missing aboriginal women is not appropriate.
Right	Government support is not the answer, transferring more rights and responsibilities will improve prosperity where needed.
Far-Right	Aboriginal people should only be permitted to live on reserve land.

Jobs
Far-Left	The government must control the means of production, and every citizen must be guaranteed a job!
Left	Create more than one million new jobs in the first term by spending on “bold public investments” in clean energy, social infrastructure, energy efficiency and climate resilience.
Center-Left	We're on the wrong track. More focus on working class and small-business. Federal minimum wage of $15.
Center	The economy is doing well. No major changes in policies.
Center-Right	We need a more pro-business government to spur economic growth.
Right	Job creation is a major responsibility of the private sector. Money for public sector jobs should be shifted to private market.
Far-Right	Job creation is the sole responsibility of the private sector.

	Military Funding
Far-Left	Military budget reduced to 0. Only emergency and environmental disaster response teams should be funded.
Left	Parliament needs greater oversight of defence spending and military agreements.
Center-Left	Key to strong military is human and material resources being well equipped. More funding for humanitarian and peacekeeping.
Center	Support for maintained military funding but procurement process needs improvement.
Center-Right	New machinery is needed to combat terrorism threats so more funding for new purchases will be needed.
Right	Military spending needs to be a top priority with new fighter jets. It's Defence Minister's responsibility to purchase.
Far-Right	The military budget needs to be expanded at the expense of other government funding for social programs.

	National Security
Far-Left	Personal liberty above all else. You can't out-legislate terrorists so stop trying.
Left	Bill C-51 needs to be repealed. Canada can't become a police state.
Center-Left	Bill C-51 needs to be ammended to protect civil liberties. Spy agency needs greater oversight.
Center	Maintain current security policies and funding for CSIS and RCMP terror investigations.
Center-Right	Funding needs to be increased for CSIS and RCMP. Extremists are targeting Canada.
Right	Use profiling to round up terror suspects, an attack can only be stopped this way.
Far-Right	Ban immigration and travel from certain countries. Re-instate the death penalty for terrorism convictions.

	Opioid Epidemic
Far-Left	All drugs should be legalized and tax free. It's a personal choice.
Left	Declare a public health emergency. End criminalization and stigma of drug addiction. Support overdose prevention sites. Launch investigation into role drug companies may have played in fueling opioid crisis.
Center-Left	Invest at least $600 million to fight the opioid crisis.

Left	Stop companies from paying out dividends and bonuses when pensions are under-funded and create a mandatory industry-funded pension insurance program.
Center-Left	Provide a taxable $500 payment for Old Age Security pensioners who are at least 75 as of June 2022 and increase the maximum benefit by 10 per cent.
Center	Maintain the current approach.
Center-Right	Ensure pensioners are prioritized in bankruptcies or restructurings and prevent executive bonuses while a firm is being restructured or pension plans not fully funded.
Right	Greatly encourage the public to invest in private pensions and not to rely on government.
Far-Right	It is the individual's responsiblity to save for retirement. Reduce old age benefits and only for the low income.

Post Secondary Education
Far-Left	University should be free at point of use and universal.
Left	Abolish student debt and tuition fees. Big increase in funding for universities.
Center-Left	Remove interest permanently on all federal student loans.
Center	Creating a fund to incentivize educational institutions and private sector organizations to partner with women’s shelters to provide career training for the women they serve.
Center-Right	Reduce government support for loans, which increases student indebtedness. Focus on trade schools and career-track degrees.
Right	Withhold federal funding from any post-secondary institution shown to be violating the freedom of expression of its students or faculty.
Far-Right	The government has no business in post-secondary education. Completely privatize!

	Quebec Sovereignty
Far-Left	Unilateral secession from Canada now!
Left	We must convince Quebecers that independence is needed - our own country. In the mean time, more sovereignty.
Center-Left	Quebec should have more sovereignty. Increase transfers.
Center	Keep transfer system as it is. Respect Quebec's autonomy and rights as part of a bilingual Canada.
Center-Right	Look to moderately rebalance transfer system, Quebec is an important part of Canada and should be more integrated into Canadian identity.
Right	Transfers from our province to Quebec are too high and have gone on for too long - time to rebalance the federation.
Far-Right	Kick Quebec out! They've leeched off us for too long!

	Taxes
Far-Left	Income taxes need to rise across the board as does GST. We need to pay more for government programs.
Left	Close tax loopholes to “redistribute wealth towards communities that have been under-invested in,” including those for stock options and offshore tax shelters.
Center-Left	Create a minimum tax rule so that those in the top tax bracket pay at least 15 per cent income tax.
Center	No change to income tax, cut tax on small business, increase it on corporations.
Center-Right	Give Canadians a month-long “holiday” from paying the five per cent federal goods and services tax, for $1.8 billion.
Right	Reduced income taxes for all. Over the course of one mandate, gradually abolish the personal capital gains tax.
Far-Right	GST needs to be eliminated and income taxes scrapped.

	Transgender
Far-Left	Transgender is the way of the future, as humanity evolves to its next state of consciousness!
Left	Make sure that there is equal access to gender confirming surgery across the country covered by public health plans.
Center-Left	Re-introduce legislation within the first 100 days in office, to eliminate the practice of conversion therapy.
Center	We can be compassionate towards people suffering from gender dysphoria without changing laws.
Center-Right	Ensure that Canadians can exercise their freedom of conscience to its fullest extent and are not discriminated against because of their moral convictions.
Right	Don't allow transgender storytimes at public libraries. Transgender people should seek treatment.
Far-Right	Transgender people should be shunned!

	Vaccine mandates
Far-Left	Vaccinate everyone, lock down the entire country until everyone is fully jabbed!
Left	Enforce a vaccine mandate for federal workers & expect collective agreements “include a process for progressive discipline, up to and including termination.”
Center-Left	Require a vaccine mandate for federal employees and federal tansportation sectors.
Center	No mandate is needed.
Center-Right	Require unvaccinated federal workers to pass a COVID-19 rapid test each day along with unvaccinated passengers on buses, planes and other transport.
Right	No to a federal mandate. Let the provinces decide!

I finalised the a playable alpha last night. I'm sure there will be tweaks/changes needed but it makes for an interesting playthrough so far.

Issue priorities were taken from;
