No contest. This state goes for Trump in 2020.

Here's how Democrats have perform in the 21st century. Obama is the only one to make a dent.:

The State of Wyoming has less people than the City of Edmonton where I live, and 2/3's of it's land area are directly owned by the U.S. Federal Government. There's next to nothing here. The fact that it gets 3 Electoral Votes is OVERREPRESENTATION, and another example of the broken nature of the Electoral College.

I mean, yes, but that was part of the point of the Electoral College.  Much like the bi-chamber nature of Congress, it was a balancing act between the large and small states.

And it was created in a day and age when 80% of the country was agrarian. The Electoral College, like many (though certainly not all) aspects of the U.S. Constitution has become outmoded and just legal shackles on it's governance. When it was created in 1787, it was a revolutionary and novel institution, an example to the world, most of which still laboured under monarchs, feudal lords, theocrats, and tribal chieftains as leaders. But, in the a little over 250 years since, it has fallen far behind many other First World, and even several Third World, Constitutions in terms of being an effective vehicle for governing a nation in the modern day and age. It's a relic and an antique of another day. This is why most of the lapses and non-workability has been made up for, de facto, completely outside Constitutional limits, fiat,, ad hoc, and arbitrary administrative practices by every President from FDR onwards - and this has led to BOTH the greatest social advances AND the worst state crimes committed by it's government - but the fact that Constitution is completely unprepared as a document for the modern world and it's challenges, means that any rules, restrictions, or meaningful consequences for transgressing the limits of office are so poorly defined by today's context, the point is lost. The United States SERIOUSLY needs a NEW DAMNED CONSTITUTION for the modern world, how it works, and it's challenges - which the Founding Fathers could not have even remotely come close to imagining in their wildest flights of fancy.

This would be the worst possible time to call for a new Constitution.  I’d remind you that this is still the nation that elected Donald Trump, and many of the states which would be needed to ratify a new constitution are currently held by Republicans.

Dont think for a second that our constitution could not become worse — I assure you, it absolutely could.
