I must admit, a bit on the noticeably arbitrary side. Like an antitrust commerce committee were breaking up the Duopoly as opposed to a natural schism.

I like this system better than our current one, however I'd like to see it used in one or both of the primaries first for an election or two and maybe a state election before we use it to decide the President.
