I have not had luck, as every candidate has been stuck at 0% in every state with no undecided voters. I have tried this with and without polling with the same result. As I told two other new posters recently who reported errors and looking for help with them on this sub-forum, you should repost this on the Game Feedback sub-forum. @admin_270, the programmer who created the game and does the tech support, never responds on the Scenario/Campaign Creation sub-forums, and may possibly not even read them.
