Hitsomebody 0
has anyone had a tied state? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hmm...thats an interesting situation, I wonder what would happen in terms of who the game gave the EV's to if there were a tie. The chances of that happening is about 1 in 100000000000000 so who knows if we'll ever get the chance to find out..although I suppose there would be a way to edit the electoral trends to where it would be more likely to come out a tie. China Liberal Democrat 0
The sad thing is, this scenario is a very realistic one IRL and ppl support the EC regardless.I hate the E.C. and I hate FPTP. The only system that's shittier is Hong Kong's, because the CCP and corporate interests pack the legislature with pro-China rightists (You'd have to understand my politics and the way I analyse East Asia to understand why I see theCCP and its allies as being the political right.) against the Democratic will of the people, who only elect half the legislature but voted in liberal and socialist anti-China parties in a landslide, in spite of massive vote fraud by CCP cronies and corporate thugs. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yes, and arresting Democratic Party politicians on the mainland on trumped up charges. Very naughty. But the dam is cracking, the dam is cracking and they won't be able to keep a lid on it all forever.....

supersoulty 0
I once lost CT, and thus the election, by only 14 votes as Bush is the 2004. In the 1992, I lost West Virginia, and thus the election, as Bush again by only 15 votes. Other than that, I have won or lost states several times with fewer than 50 votes to decide the election. sarnstrom54014 1
This is the closest I've ever seen California: Tommy Thompson ® vs Barbara Boxer (D) vs Michael Badnarik (L) vs Jim Gilchrist (CST) A difference of about .0044% Nation-wide Thompson crushed Boxer 50%-45%, Gilchrist got 3% and Badnarik got over 1%.
