daons
Currently working on a 1994 House of Representatives scenario using the 1996 PI scenario by vcczar as a base for issues. What's done? States, Districts, Electorate estimates. Percentage data for 46 states (GOP, DEM plus Bernie Sanders and second placed independents) To do Candidate strengths in each district 4 = Majority/minority leaders 3 = Other Incumbents 2 = Challengers Polling for NY, CA, PA, TX, Turnout Money/fundraising coefficients Surrogates Advice is appreciated for any issue changes/additions/suggestions Thanks

daons
Wont be going super low but will include the Libertarians/independents as a first release and might go more minor in another version (most likely any party that got over 50k votes nationwide) otherwise you would be looking at groups with less that 0.1%. Not even sure the engine can handle lower percents?

Ah, that's disappointing, if logistically understandable. Given the loathing and hatred I have for the two main U.S. parties as institutions and political power blocs in the modern day, I have a great soft spot for any Third Party or Independent who actually has the conviction and vivo to go out and give a college try at winning an elected position from the Duopoly Electorally Rigged Machine... Well you'll soon have a chance in the 2017 City Council scenario

How difficult was this to make? I don't have any experience in making scenarios, though I would like to try and make some for one of the other midterms that's missing (I think we need 98, 02, 06, 10, obviously 06 and 10 being 'waves' like 94 makes them most interesting).
