What does everyone think of a Lord of the Rings scenario that battles over Middle Earth?

Would anyone help me make it if the poll is in favour? Any questions ideas? Ideas for issues?

I don't know how to make the maps or anything of that nature, cause I don't know enough Tolkien history to make the maps...

Yet, I'd be willing to help out in other ways, such as coming up with issues and finding pictures for candidates..

I would have clicked on "I love the movies but hate the idea of a scenario for it", but that doesn't really describe me. I would rather be "I love the books but hate the idea of a scenario for it", as I don't like the liberties taken by Jackson to incorporate Hollywood conventions in the story. And I am not interested in scenarios that don't represent elections.

It would be very interesting to see a Middle Earth scenario. However, Middel Earth is a very complex place. There were many faction/clans within the dwarven, elven, human, and even hobbit races.
