I don't honestly think a P4E2008 scenario was actually made with Trump in it. When P4E2008 was still getting a lot of made scenarios put out for it (as opposed to VERY few now, and what comes out for this older engine, when it does, tends to be gubernatorial and foreign presidential, in any case), a potential Trump candidacy was still viewed in the common parlance as a publicity stunt or even a joke (imagine just two years that was actually the dominant viewpoint - it's been a REAL shift in the US political arena since).
