I have a good start on it and can take it up anytime. It'll get done (barring a tragic demise on my behalf - knock on my fake wood desk).

Can we please at least have a screenshot now and then?

Work has continued officially on this one. The fact that I will have no idea whatsoever whether or not I'll get an error or crash until every step of scenario creation has been (tentatively) finished and I then try to test it, due to doing this manually, is a bit daunting, but that used to be the only way to make scenarios in the P4E2004, PM4E, and K4E days, so we'll see how this goes. I was unable to find satisfactory party logos from any of the German Empire Reichstag elections participating parties, so, for now, I'm using coloured squares as party logos. Also, whereas official CI scenarios from TheorySpark use the NRSC, NRCC, DCSC, and DCCC as they're "leaders," I notice many German Empire Reichstag parties have executive committees and such, but others are mostly cults of personality around their leader, founder, and chief ideologue, so a decision about approaching that issue will have to be made.

I ended up abandoning my Tennessee project because of how monotonous and daunting the task; my inspiration ended very quick.

However, someone did pick up my files, so I hope he makes something out of them.

Just now, Ido said:

i don't have Congress Infinity so i can't try it, just bought PM Infinity though

The Imperial German Reichstag of 1871-1918 is not well-suited to PMI, because the Imperial Chancellor (beginning with Otto von Bismarck) was not responsible or accountable to the Reichstag for his position and actions - only to the Kaiser (though Bismarck and his successors maintained a coalition of parties to support their programs in each Reichstag election and session, and other parties became other "opposition" or "niche special interests," but this didn't affect the Chancellor's position directly - just how much of a headache getting things done were for him). The Reichstag COULD make a "vote-of-no-confidence" in the Chancellor (this was only done twice in the whole history of the German Empire), and, while the Chancellor was not obliged to resign after such a show of legislative disapproval, the two Chancellors in question did de facto, because both, at those times, viewed their positions as unworkable. Thus, you can see why CI's mechanics work better for this scenario idea than PMI's. And I would recommend investing in CI, as I have a lot more projects for it planned into the future.
