arjavrawal 0 Posted January 23, 2016 Report Share Posted January 23, 2016 It's not a good idea for the Republicans to ever nominate Tom Cotton against the guy who he publicly spoke out for. Plus, he'd be sacrificing his Senate seat (he's up for re-election in 2020) and if the Democrats have high approval ratings that year then it's easy for the Democrats to pick the seat back up.
