(US-China Relations, 'Nam, the Space Program) But in a Gubernatorial race, especially somewhere like Arkansas, these are much harder to find. Issues that Clinton was concerned with: - Motor Vehicle Taxes - Immigrants (look up "Mariel Boat Lift") - Businesses (Clinton flip-flopped after he wasn't re-elected in 1980 and suddenly became Business' best friend) You could also include marijuana as an issue if you're running out of ideas.
