daons
I'm sure you are aware that by editing the .xml files it is possible to add multiple districts to the same region which allows UK Council Elections with a number of wards in each area possible along with a primary ballot to pick the leading councillor to work very well. Maybe this could be built upon for a Prime Minister Forever 2015 UK Version. That could make a last ditch leadership challenge a month before the election shake up the main campaign. Just imagine three weeks before the campaign starts both Clegg and Cameron being ousted leaving Labour to take on a 'headless coalition' with no experience. A Red-Ed defeat could give Cameron the momentum to shock the country and get back in.
daons
Later tests show the primaries dont work for multi-ward regions - but the Australian version handles it well albeit without primaries.
