A former colony of New Brittannia? Is it in a Caribbean-style environment, or something else? Is it First World or Third World in nature? Does it have a monarch (New Brittannian or it's own) or a president as head-of-state above it's PM? Is there a lot of tension between these races and religions, or is there a more-or-less successful melting pot? I'll think of other questions later.

Hey Patine, Victoria is a former Britannian colony that is kind of a cross between Canada and the Caribbean. Parts of it (chiefly the upscale cities and suburbs) are very first-world with high living standards, whereas the more downscale cities and rural areas are second or third-world in nature. It has a Monarch (the British King). In some parts of the country there is little tension and it's a successful melting pot (the tourist centers and the capital), whereas others have significant tension (the suburbs and downscale cities, as well as in the rural areas). A significant minority of whites are worried about losing their demographic majority, whereas many blacks feel frustrated by high unemployment, discrimination, and a lack of integration. The country is also concerned about its current high budget deficit, economic problems, a flourishing drug trade and high drug abuse, and high youth unemployment.
