A common problem...

Recommended Posts

So, I know this is common among P4E players here. I was creating a fantasy scenario not too long ago, complete with the GOP, Dems, Independents and two other third parties I created using Campaigns Forever. If I run it as is, I get the "floating point operation by zero" or something, followed by "List Index Out of Bounds." If I run the scenario with the GOP, Dems and Independents on, no problem. So it must be the other two parties I created or something. Can someone help me out? Thanks a million!

Unfortunately, there are a number of problems that can cause that error message to pop up. Make sure all your states have at least one seat available in the primaries for every party and that you don't have primaries scheduled after the convention. Those are the easiest things to overlook.
