USL - 2012

Recommended Posts

Hey all,

I was interested in doing a President Forever + Primaries scenario for the United States of Liberty scenario. A few questions though: do you guys like USL or want to change it? What about party names?

Here are the suggested issues and parties. I'd prefer a two-party system (since this is presidential), with the other two parties getting perhaps 5%-8% of the vote in total.

Two things:

-Based on the P4E scenario, it would be very easy to have a PM4E scenario based on it, which could be a lot of fun just like the United Commonwealth scenario.

-For the parties, I must say that we should add a party to make it like this:

-Conservative

-Liberal Democratic

-Socialist

-Green

-Independance

I'd rather keep the party limit to 4 (less work for me), and because there would be tactical voting to keep it to a 2-party system.

And perhaps we could just make the Green Party the socialist/left-wing party.

As for the Centre-Left party, I'm thinking: Progressive, Liberal, Labour or something along those lines.
