Could I use the campaigns forever I use to make President Forever scenarios with, say, PM4E Canada or England? If so, are there any exceptions? I know that (for the moment) Congress Forever is not compatible, but is anything else not compatible? Is there a separate Campaigns Forever for other games? Thank you.
