mahaadoxyz Posted January 2, 2010 Share Posted January 2, 2010 Use Campaigns Forever, the scenario editor. I think you might have to buy it separately. Once you've opened the scenario you want to modify, you'll want to go to Parties, and then create a new party. It's pretty self-evident from there, I'd say.
