thetrotsky
Nah, German engine best for this. It's the only engine that uses a fully PR system of voting.
normanwisdomii
It takes like two seconds to post a scenario on media fire. Why bother e-mailing them!

gopprogressive
Hey all, I need seat names for France, Germany, and Italy, preferably named after a department/province or a major city. 38 seats for France, 50 for Germany, and 34 for Italy. Thanks!
matvail2002
You have put half of European Union Seats by FPTP, so it could gave approximately a real life result in MMP? You basically have two choices for France, Italy and Germany: You can put the seats by European electoral districts just like in the French/American legislative model, so this could make it easier: FRANCE= East France-1 (Strasbourg) East France-2 (Metz) East France-3 (Nancy) East France-4 (Besançon) East France-5 (Dijon) North-West France-1 (Lille-Nord) North-West France-2 (Lille-Sud) North-West France-3 (Caen) North-West France-4 (Rouen) North-West France-5 (Amiens) Île-de-France-1 (Paris-1) Île-de-France-2 (Paris-2) Île-de-France-3 (Paris-3) Île-de-France-4 (Saint-Denis) Île-de-France-5 (Nanterre) Île-de-France-6 (Melun) Massif-central–Centre-1 (Clermont-Ferrand) Massif-central–Centre-2 (Orléans) Massif-central–Centre-3 (Limoges) South-East France-1 (Marseille) South-East France-2 (Lyon-1) South-East France-3 (Lyon-2) South-East France-4 (Grenoble) South-East France-5 (Nice) South-East France-6 (Corse) South-West France-1 (Bordeaux) South-West France-2 (Montpellier) South-West France-3 (Toulouse) South-West France-4 (Limoges) South-West France-5 (Pays Basque) West France-1 (Rennes) West France-2 (Brest) West France-3 (Nantes) West France-4 (Le Mans) West France-5 (Poitiers) Outre Mer-Océan Indien Outre Mer-Atlantique Outre Mer-Pacifique ITALY= Southern Italy-1 (Naples-1) Southern Italy-2 (Naples-2) Southern Italy-3 (Calabria) Southern Italy-4 (Abruzzo) Southern Italy-5 (Potenza) Southern Italy-6 (Bari) Southern Italy-7 (Molise) Central Italy-1 (Rome-1) Central Italy-2 (Rome-2) Central Italy-3 (Lazio) Central Italy-4 (Florence) Central Italy-5 (Pisa) Central Italy-6 (Pegugia) Central Italy-7 (Ancona) Italian Islands-1 (Messina) Italian Islands-2 (Catania) Italian Islands-3 (Palermo) Italian Islands-4 (Sardinia) North-West Italy-1 (Milan-1) North-West Italy-2 (Milan-2) North-West Italy-3 (Monza) North-West Italy-4 (Turin) North-West Italy-5 (Genova) North-West Italy-6 (Aosta) North-West Italy-7 (Bergamo) North-West Italy-8 (Novara) North-West Italy-9 (Como) North-East Italy-1 (Venice) North-East Italy-2 (Trieste) North-East Italy-3 (Verona) North-East Italy-4 (Bologna) North-East Italy-5 (Trento) North-East Italy-6 (Padova) North-East Italy-7 (Parma)

Patine
As far as I know, this scenario was never finished. At least I had never received a copy. Also, I haven't seen the author of this scenario, in whatever state it may be in, post anywhere on this forum for a couple of years now, so there certainly wouldn't be a copy anywhere near updated to the current 2015 election coming up.
