Not sure at what stage your unsure of, but first of all get the template for the background from Scenario Resources. Preferebly outline your map on a new white document in MS Paint. Outline in the default black for MS Paint, because it doesn't seem to accept black of different hues. If your using another program, make sure the black is 1 pt size at least, and the hue is 160, 0, 0, 0. Then just knock out the white background outside the borders of the new map using Photoshop with a magic eraser, and then drag the map onto the default background. If you don't have Photoshop, then just decide your map boundaries on a new white page and email it to me, and i'll do the rest!
