Treasurer 28
Is this happening on your side, running any ad seems to be 0 yen. But when i raised the cost_to_run_per_turn_coefficient to 1, the national ad runs at 1,400,000+ yen. Anything under it comes up as free. Also, i could give the scenario media linked regions, 2 or 3 groups, so the regional ads are not too easy.

gopprogressive 1,063
With Patine handling Japan 2009, I figured this scenario deserved some revisiting. Anyway, I have been altering some things about it. So please free to give any suggestions. Also, I'm scrapping the terrorism issue and replacing it with this: //South Guanjin Support Communist guerillas and overall reunifcation of Guanjin under Communist rule. Work as a peace broker to resolve crisis. Support "neutralist" coalition government in Guanjin. Increase economic aid and humanitarian assistance to South Guanjin. However, try to avoid military entanglement. Dispatch combat troops and special forces to South Guanjin. We cannot allow it to fall to Communism. Launch an all-out offensive against North Guanjin and seek the Communist regime's overthrow. @ //Inflation Abolishing unemployment through socialism takes priority, ignore inflation. Impose price and wage controls to curb inflation. Increase taxes as well. Regulate the private sector to lower prices. Use export growth to restore stability. Raise interest rates and reduce government spending to halt inflation. Supply-side economics: deregulation and tax cuts for business will kill inflation. @ //Trade Globalization needs to be reversed. Move towards autarky through a tariff wall. Pursue "humane" trade focused on human rights, labor, and environmental standards. Maintain competitive protectionism. Pragmatic approach towards increasing trade. Reduce trade barriers. Support FTAs and further economic integration with our allies. Push for Oriental Free Trade Zone. Abolish capital controls and all trade barriers. @
