jdl535 0
Is there a way to get rid of the EC and just go to a popular vote? Anything in Campaigns Forever to change to make this happen?

jdl535 0
Nope guess i could make all the states have the same EC, but still could lose popular vote and win......stinks
Patine 514
I noticed in Campaigns 4E there's a drop-down menu for each region under Step Three: Edit Political Units, where the regions by each state would have PR or FPP, but where (determining the allotment of EV's) there's only an FPP option. It would make elections where the popular vote was the deciding factor (like gubernatorial, senatorial, and most foreign presidential ones) easier if a PR option were available for EV's there. This would also make US presidential elections before 1828 (assuming other difficulties could be overcome) where a state's EV's could be (and often were) split more easily done as well. This will be in President Forever 2012, as we have been told by theoryspark. They said it was hard to do, but in the 2012 release of Campaigns Forever and President Forever, it would be done. hcallega 1
do we have any idea when P4E 2012 is coming out?
Canada789 0
do we have any idea when P4E 2012 is coming out? I'm really tempted to say 2012 here
Abe Lincoln 9
LOL and also if you wanted a really boring election you could do it by making no states and just have the USA as one giant super-state.
matvail2002 803
Basically, if you wants to have only the popular vote, you have only one option which is having only one territory.
Highland Call 0
I'm really tempted to say 2012 here It will probably be 2011 because of the primaries.
Abe Lincoln 9
Still though the next thing to come out should be congress forever.
RFK/JFKfan 11
It will probably be 2011 because of the primaries. I believe P4E 2008 + Primaries came out towards the end of 2006, so it may be another year or so.
