Treasurer 28
This is just for ideas, for any of the versions, that you have in mind what you would like to create. I just came up with what i think would make a great scenario, but right now i don't have the time to make it. Which is: ENGLAND 2015: At election 2010, Gordon Brown's Labour were absolutely trashed by David Cameron's Conservatives. Brown resigned immediately. In 2011, the United Kingdom implodes after Scotland votes for independence, resulting in a domino effect, with Wales declaring independence in 2012, and Northern Ireland sticking it out until 2014. This is disastrous for Labour(now English Labour), who have lost many of their heartland areas of solid Labour, and there is a fear that in this political climate of parties, that Labour will never return to power and the English Tory vote is too strong in the midlands and southern counties. In a change of face, Labour, along with the Liberal Democrats,(who maintained most of their seats last election) have campaigned aggressively for proportional representational, but the large tory majority outvotes them every time. This has left Labour with no other choice but to form an Alliance with the Liberal Democrats, bringing back memories of the 80s SDP-Liberal Alliance. Officially known as the Labour-Lib Dem Alliance, the leaders of Labour and the Liberal Demorats(???) hope to put Cameron's Tories out of power after 1 term. Their official party colour is orange to represent the red of Labour and yellow of Lib-Dems combined. Fictional NI scenario - ( NI party system much more similar to Scotland/Wales) - This is one i am planning to do. This would be played with the same seats as in the NI assembly election. How would Northern Ireland vote generally, if there were no Ulster or Democratic Unionists, or no Alliance party. And only the 1 nationalist party and not 2? The 4 main parties would be: Conservative Labour Liberal Democrat 1 Nationalist party- which will be Sinn Fein/SDLP Alliance It would also be interesting to see how the BNP, Greens and UKIP would perform here. I would say, overall, it would be a Conservative edge. Anarchy in the UK! - A UK-wide election featuring ridiculously named parties (One is named Puppet Social Democratic Liberal Layabouts Party) featuring leaders who were well-known comedy characters or comedians or puppets from British TV, mostly of the 80s and 90s. The map names pokes fun at the different regions of Britain. You might love or hate it. I am thinking of doing a series of fictional scenario's, but not for a very long time. However, i have the NI one on my list, plus another 2 or 3 (including Anarchy in UK!) i want to do in-between.

mz452 20
Here is an idea. Treasurer 28
Ok, another idea, once again revolving around Scottish Independence. Scotland 2015 - The first election since Scotland became independent in 2010. There has been speculation of whether there is a future for the SNP. The SNP's primary aim, has been acheived and it is now wondered if there is any need for a Nationalist party. Also, 3 of 4 main parties sit on the centre left, so maybe one needs to go? But after all Scotland, is to the left overall, right? Whatever people's opinion is, the party system becomes more saturated. The SNP has split in 2, over disagreements how the country should be lead. This is a typical rightwing vs leftwing scenario, and Alex Salmond leads the left party. In the last 2011 election, the SNP increased their seats to an impressive 60, however, now that the party is 2 seperate parties, the bigger of the 2, the leftist side, had just over half of that figure. In this political climate, voters are coming back to Labour, and the Tories and Lib Dems to a lesser extent, in droves! The right wing SNP party, without Salmond's sparkle, could face wipeout! Meanwhile, the left wing SNP Party are heading for losing half of their 30+ seats! What this means is a rejuvenated Labour party taking the lead, and a re-branded Conservative party -free from the shadow of English Toffs and Thatcher - revival, with a 20%+ share of the vote. Salmond's SNP languish in third, while the Lib Dems are not far behind.
Treasurer 28
More ideas. This i would find interesting to see. a series of presidential elections representing a whole continent: President of Europe(been done before?) President of Asia President of Africa President of North America (USA, Canada and Mexico) President of South America (Include central american countries, no Mexico) President of Oceania (Australia, New Zealand and the Island nations, e.g. Fiji) Also for a UK-based scenario, an election based on the best MP's who were never Prime Minister's. Maybe call the scenario Best non-Prime Minister, but that doesn't sound right. Some suggestions would be, in no order: Kenneth Clarke (Con) Tony Benn (Lab) Charles Kennedy (LibDem) Paddy Ashdown (LibDem) George Galloway (Lab) William Hague(Con) Nye Bevan (Lab) All-star(or Historical) Labour, Conservative and Liberal Leadership contests: The best leaders of each party fight it out amongst each other. Include ones who became or never became Prime Minister's. Suggestions Lab: Tony Blair, Neil Kinnock, Clement Attlee, Harold Wilson, John Smith, Callaghan Con: Thatcher, Churchill, David Cameron, John Major, Edward Heath Lib: Ashdown, Steel, Jeremy Thorpe, Lloyd George, Roy Jenkins I'm just feeding ideas, i might not be able to make them myself due to high workload already, lol. Treasurer 28
Kanchelska 2008 - Kanchelska is a small but not tiny fictional country landlocked between Poland and the Ukraine. It will be a left leaning quite poor nation, which is a little behind the times than other former soviet states, with a strong communist base(not sure if a communist party will be one of the top 2). Hopefully will do a council/district election and by-election following on from this one. At least 4 political parties, probably more.
Treasurer 28
An original idea i would like to see and maybe do it myself. This would be a series of scenario's to be done in a specific order, which you select a fictional budding politician, where you come from nowhere, to becoming the Prime Minister, and you will be fighting amongst the same fictional folk along the way. Finding Favour at Party HQ - The first scenario and first step to get yourself a career in politics is, to find favour in your party HQ, so whats unique about this scenario is, you are not travelling around a country, region or state, but a building, trying to please the membership, going to different rooms to help establish yourself, such as for example, the Debating room, Commons Room etc. This scenario would be repeated for 4 parties, following the English political system, Labour, Conservative, Lib Dem and either Green or UKIP. So choose between maybe at least 4 wannabes. Council Ward election - The next scenario and next step is to become a councillor, is a by-election for a council ward has occured and your character has been selected. So all fictional politicians included in the first chapter will be included and so on. The council ward could be fictional but based in England. Become Council Leader - Not sure whether to do this one, but much like the first chapter, your character must find favour among other councillors to become Council Leader, travelling around the Council Parliament or whatever it's called. All 4 parties running against each other. Become MP in By-election - You have been chosen to participate in by-election. Become member of the cabinet - Travel amongst House of Commons and Party HQ, to impress the Prime Minister or opposition leader to become part of their cabinet. Scenario for each party. Win Leadership election - Travel around Britain, campaigning to become leader, against same fictional opponents and maybe new characters. Win General Election! - The last in the series. By-election locations could be fictional. It would be quite a bit of work, but it's a new take on connecting scenarios together. I'd like some of the scenarios to have randomized results at the start rather than fixed. But i change the variable in electorate trends and it doesn't seem to have much effect? RI Democrat 39
NoresfireAdam Sutler (V for Vendetta) Lewis Prothero (V for Vendetta) Anthony Lilliam (V for Vendetta) Derek Almond (V for Vendetta) Peter Creedy (V for Vendetta) Conrad Heyer (V for Vendetta) I'm actually working on a scenario based around a sort of hybridization of the comic book and film versions of V For Vendetta -- it's set in the UK in 1990, with a nuclear war having occurred several years earlier and a (fictional) Labour government having kept the UK out of it. Norsefire has gained a lot of seats in the House of Commons, but they have alienated the Tories, and meanwhile street violence and general unrest are on the rise, with an outright Norsefire victory likely meaning the end of British democracy. Sutler, Thatcher, Kinnock, and Steel are the default party leaders, though you can choose others. The main delay is going through all the constituencies in the House of Commons and adding Norsefire candidates to each one, which is taking forever even when I just make up names. RI Democrat 39
You might like this, a Random Name Generator.http://www.kleimo.com/random/name.cfm How strong is Labour in this V for vendetta election? Their starting vote will probably be around the 1987 level, and they're currently the official opposition. The right-wing vote has started to fracture between Norsefire and the Tories, but Norsefire has also cut into Labour's support in areas where crime and racial tension are running high. The idea is that ever since the nuclear war, the country has gone through a series of unstable minority governments, with at least one prime minister having been assassinated (I'll include a short text file explaining all this when I publish it). The election is prompted by the fall of a Norsefire minority government when the Tories join the other parties in a vote of no confidence, and many voters are turning against them at this point. On the other hand...certain things may happen during the campaign that will change that.
MDR 2
I've been fiddling with attempting to create a USA/Canada United senario in which Canada joins the united states, thus adding at least 10 provinces, now states to the map. Ideally Id like to make a few new provinces, IE Southern Ontario, the GTA an Northorn Ontario out of Ontario, and merge PEI, NB, NS into Acadia and make each of the provenices into states as well. The major problem I have run into is first and foremost the map. When vastness of Canada is added it is EXTREMLY difficult to send your candidate to NH or RI. If anyone with more skills who thinks this could be a good idea would like to try the idea, or even if someone could help make an effective, realistic and usable map that would be greatly appreciated. The idea of Canada joining the USA is often joked/feared about in Canada, and as a Canadian when I got the Campaign editor attempting this senario was the first thing I attempted, and has monopolized my free time, and since I know most people have far better skills than I, and having seen the great work done by so many, I decided if I failed in my attempt to make this senario that I would then pitch it and see if someone else can acheive, so heres the pitch, I hope someone swings at it. Treasurer 28
I like the idea of the US/Canada Union, but was there not something thinking of doing something like this, but hasn't been finished yet for PFE + P? Here's another good 'un, i thought of today. A fictional central African country or state which, recently like Zimbabwe, have the ruling party not holding fair elections, but bribing and threatening voters with violence, and possibly death, if they refuse to vote for them. There will be 4 parties only for this, and hopefully will appeal as something different. The ruling party will have 90% of the vote, the 2nd party will have 5%, and the other 2, 3% and 2% respectively. All endorsers will already be decided to vote for the ruling party. Doesn't sound like a lot of fun? Well, there's a twist. Halfway through the 5 week election campaign. After riots take place over the injustice of the election, UN peace troops successfully invade, and put a halt to the intimidation, arresting the party's activists. This event causes the ruling party's percentage projection to plummet, to more sensible levels, making it possible for the second party to win a minority government, or the ruling party could still win, but with a fair lead. After the elections have become democratic on that same day, new endorsers come into effect, perhaps previous endorsers which had no other choice but to endorse the ruling party beforehand. So, endorsers come out for the other 3 parties, mostly for the second party, but some will still decide/lean to the ruling party. No names for it yet though.

Treasurer 28
An odd one but that's me. How about a Eurovision scenario for PMFE? My idea is 16 countries battling it out, using GOP's Europe map (but make it bigger and put Isreal in) and only 4 endorsers. All countries stand in every country apart from their own. Each country consists of 12 seats, to sort of emulate the 12 points being the highest you can score from each country's vote. Candidates and alternate candidates. Will feature the best performing overall countries, so expect Ireland and United Kingdom somewhere near the top. I hope to do this soon.
