Recommended Posts

I havn't worked on a scenario in a while so here's one I think should be fun. It's my political alternate history based on a small event (I like this type of stuff and this one is particularly awesome.) and since I'm bord I decided to leave several names so as to create a mystery. Who can tell me the detail I left out that makes sense of this whole alternate histroy :D. Winner gets bragging rights.

Realizing that no one was paying any attention to them any longer and fearing they might fade off into oblivion, the Democrats go out on a limb and nominate a virtually unknown progressive scholar and president of Princton Universty Woodrow Wilson. The election is forced to go to congress with Wilson finishing just ahead of third place finisher President Hobart. Fearing the near radical Debs Hobart and all the republicans in congress back Wilson and Wilson becomes the next president.

1904-1912 Wilson's popular presidency is filled with progressive reform and a large amount of isolationism.
