I was creating a 1984 scenario and was in the middle of editing the issues in order to make them fit the 1984 election. So after editing the issues, I clicked save at the editor when a pop appeared, and it said this "Access Violation at address 004D9698 in module "PMI_Canada.exe". Read of address 00000018. I think it is worth mentioning this was my attempt at making a scenario.
