I've decided I'm just going to download scenarios, although whenever I put the scenario in the right location, the game errors.

I apologize for posting this on the wrong thread, although this one is much more active than the other threads about Campaign Creation. On to my dillema. I'm unable to get Campaigns Forever, though I really want to extensively edit my scenarios, the only thing the campaign editor allows you to do is edit the candidates, and only slightly. I want to be able to create and edit parties, endorsements, national standing, etc. All of these things can be done on the 2016 campaign editor, but unfortunately, I don't have P416 either. Thank you in advance.
