3.2.9. Here's a screenshot

I'm running into an issue where once I change the campaign to one of the 2024 user scenarios (the one with about 10 plus candidates per party), the graphics won't load when the game starts. It keeps saying "label name" for everything, with no pictures. What's worse is once this happens, the game does the same thing for every campaign. Is it a display issue?
