I've created a scenario and every file is correct, when I go to start the game it says: "error finding region name in Country::getRegionNumber". I'm stuffed, anyone have any ideas?

The idea is good, but so unrealistic that it would be hard to think about it. I could probably do the map if anyone was willing to commit to do this.
