  1. No, maybe it’s just that you’re impossible to discuss politics with without writing in 20 page doctoral dissertation form with references, parenthetical citations, and a full fucking bibliography.

  2. You know, there is a reason why I don't post too often on the forum(Aside from the RPs which are run here). That reason is because this forum has become dominated by people like you @admin_270. It has become dominated by wackos who will spend hours arguing to defend Trump, hours going over the same arguments over and over again, and hours turning this forum into a sad warzone where they can gloat over their claimed intellect. And you what's the saddest thing about this? We have someone running this forum who is just another one of these wackos. He inflames the conversation, constantly attacks

Even if somehow, some way he made it get down to 0 legally (which I bet is a close to 0% chance), there's reason to be inflamed at the system itself - someone who theoretically is worth 3.2 billion dollars was able to pay nothing in taxes, while everyday Americans have to pay more than that.

  5. Avoiding paying one's proper due in taxes is not at all ethical, and not something to proudly defend. It's corruption, plain and simple. That's ALSO what Sanders was saying. And I'd also like and answer to my question I asked twice above.

Please spare us and jump down off your high horse so that you can discuss your 250 IQ with us mere peons. We would be awed by the shining glory of your galaxy brain.

  11. I am creating my own version of the 2024 presidential election. I like how it turned out, except for one thing- it has the same outcome every time. I want it to be about a 50/50 chance for either party to win, but I have not been able to simulate a single Republican victory (except against far-left Democrats). I tried narrowing the percentage margin in battleground states, changing issue positions for both states and candidates, and messing around with the percentage of undecided voters. No matter what I do, it always ends the same, almost down to the percentage of the popular vote. So, m

Here's how long it took to realign: 1948 *REALIGNMENT IS BEGINNING*: Alabama begins to protest against the Democratic Party by voting 3rd party rather than supporting Truman or Wilkie. All other offices are won by Democrats. 1960: Alabama once again supports a protest candidate over either the Democratic Party or the GOP. Anti-Catholicism may have played a role in the state not supporting JFK. All other offices are won by Democrats. 1962: Democratic incumbent Senator Lis

  16. I think @admin_270 is just going to consistently defend Trump at every corner. He hasn't once attacked him, and he hasn't once defended Biden. This is pure spin. Amazon the company might not pay taxes, but it is assumed Jeff Bezos (the person) does.

He gave it away, but it is still his income, regardless. He chose to give it away, doesn't make it not his income. I'm just going to ignore the petty insults like the piece of shit pile it is.

You mean you want to pay nothing towards the society we live in, spend pretty much all of it on yourself, and give a fraction of what you should be spending to charity so you can tell yourself that you're not the selfish person you clearly are? Don't sugarcoat it.

  20. Have you? Ignorant? That's a bit loaded, don't you think? Perhaps you're ignorant of what the American people care about because you're not the one watching their own President swindle his way out of paying federal taxes when a single mother of five would have to pay more than that working at McDonald's. Perhaps you're ignorant of the fact that Americans care that our public officials should be paying taxes because we are. President Obama and President Bush both paid $100,000 or more in taxes while being President - and had the same base income ($400k) as Trump. So, assuredly it should be the

It's usually those who are self-employed, business owners or shareholders - or corrupt politicians - or otherwise manage their own income at all or most levels that do have the ability to engage in such crooked endeavours. Undertaxing or non-taxing big corporations is also a travesty and corruption of tax law - arguably even worse than as it applies to individual billionaires.

Vile and despicable excuse for a human being who has no care the value of human life except when completely pragmatically necessary, and cares more about repugnant goals and agendas than any sort of ethics or real admirable personal qualities, and believes that blood is always acceptable as a medium to their endpoints, and because they no longer have a psychological to fall on, are completely and totally complicent and culpable for all the disgusting rhetoric they and every inhuman they do, and should be fully called on it and face full consequences. There, are you happy?

I’m all for keeping illegal immigration criminal — but If we cannot figure out a way to do that without becoming inhuman, then we do not have borders worth protecting and we should not bother. We are not the United States of America when we abandon our humanity.

One could also support Austria joining Germany without living in any these countries. Furthermore I'd understand that said person seems to have no problem with the Nazis. I don't think these people are appalling, I'd swap the politicians from here with some of yours at any time. That's certainly the message I want to send. However, I don't know if it's really necessary to emphasize in each post, that I don't live in the US. I think people know it now. I'd love

  39. In an interview with Walter Elias Disney in the 1940's, Disney, conscious of his position as a premier children's entertainment producer, said to the interviewer, using a third person reference to himself quite commonly used in that day when referring to people who effectively had different public and private personae, "Walt Disney doesn't smoke, but I smoke, Walt Disney doesn't drink, but drink." Disney died of throat cancer (a tell-tale smokers' death along with lung cancer and emphyzema) in 1962.
