I downloaded the update, and it says on my game windown that I have Version 1.00.6.3, yet when I go to the scenarios I still have the default 2008 with Warner, no Obama or Vilsack, etc... Did I do something wrong?

Same thing here plus when I click on candidate editor says it can not find specified files.

The problem is that the auto-updater only downloads the .exe, but none of the updated scenario files. That means that all the stability and performance issues are resolved, but we won't see any of the sexier changes until Tony fixes the problem.

I get glader I spent the money on this game every time you make a major update like this one, Tony. You're awesome.

Edit: New update available, and the scenario now works. Thanks!

Further to the above message, if you are unable to open the Candidate Editor, try running the program again - it should prompt for another update.

Hey there,

I had a massive bug happen to me last night (I seem to be a magnet for these)... I was playing as Guiliani and it was down to me and McCain for the nomination. I easily had him beat for the nomination (by like 400 delegates). However he refused to concede before the convention... The convention came and went and still no concession...

So when it flipped over into the general election phase... the map went from being red/white/blue to ALL BLUE and the percentages from each state didn't add up to 100%... McCain was still listed as a candidate in the players button... and I started getting a list index out of bounds...

Am I the only one who plays as a Republican candidate? I have yet to get to the election because of these various issues.

NOTE: Another bug is that you cannot change your VP at the convention... once you pick them it says to use hte change VP button to change them... but no such button exists.

Thanks... I wish I could play but currently ... this is unplayable.

Tony, my game's not registering any new updates at all. Kind of funny compared to earlier versions, when my game would always tell me there was a new update no matter whether there was or not :D

It was 46-47 Nation wide. But when I look at the Electoral strategy it tell me tx is up in the air. Ok then I press done turn to go to general election and the poll changes and everything goes Blue Tx GA MS Etc But the poll aren't suppose to change until monday but saturday. The poll say this nation wide D43-R29. I think this is a big % bug. Does this happen to anybody else?

I think that is pretty much exactly what happened to me. I wish I knew what was causing it... i just seem to find all kinds of these issues without looking for them. I just want to get all the way to the election for ONCE! :)

No, Develop Campaign is not regionally based. Can you tell me what context you are getting this in - does it happen all the time for you, or only after doing certain other things, or seemingly randomly?

Anthony Burgoyne

Is it expected behaviour that "Develop Campaign" now requires I choose a state first?
