He is helping the country how? He sits at his desk, hasn't had a conversation with the French or German foreign Minister in over a year, and has stayed silent on Iraq.

Not nothing, he talks with tha ambasador to Iraq, a Nixon era crook. He talks with British cabinte officials, already in our pocket. And he tries to keep the ever important Poland in our Great Colalition by promising unneed aid. And once again he helps how?

I can dislike him for more than one reason :P And the Iraq ambasador not Iraqi leaders. And why can't his DOS talk with Britains functionaries, hmmm. He needs to focus on the problems that need the most help, like getting a real colalition in Iraq, and restoring some credibility to the UN, and trying to help Darfur would be better than issueing weak proclamations.
