New Project Israel

Recommended Posts

Since my "Project Israel" is mainly a PMI project now, I'll start a fresh new thread here.

@Patine @Edouard @RI Democrat @Hestia11 since you guys talked/played my latest version, be sure to check the post-election version in http://campaigns.270soft.com/2019/09/14/israel-september-2019-election/comment-page-1/#comment-157294 (redownload it if you already downloaded it)

Other than party, candidate, and Israeli place names, how many words used in any text are in untranslated, Romanized Hebrew?

I tried to anglicize names of parties for the sake of simplicity but kept a lot of Hebrew versions of names (Binyamin instead of Benjamin), also you will see the word "Haredi" a lot which basically means Ultra-Orthodox @Patine not to mention some endorsers and interviewers

I know who the Haredi, so they're not a big deal. Almost like Jewish versions of Amish or Hutterites, at least superficially, to outsiders.

Have they dropped the writ again? It's a real and grim irony that one of the biggest political problems of the State of Israel was also one of those that was the undoing of the Weimar Republic - the government constantly falling, and endless elections - leading to the rise and prominence of extremists with really toxic and monstrous solutions, while promising order and nationalistic or other absolutist rhetoric. *shudder*

The elections haven't really led to a rise in extremists, it's mostly just a repeat of the last election with some changes here and there.

@darkmoon72 electoral lists are being finalized today, so I can work on the scenario proper finally. So far it looks like

B&W

Likud

Joint List

Labour-Gesher-Meretz (hoping here that they get a better name)

Yisrael Beitenu

UTJ

Shas

New Right-National Union (hoping for better name)

United Jewish Home (Jewish Home and Otzma Yehudit)

Green Movement (edit: they just dropped out)
