2 years after the legislative elections, Anthony has finnaly introduced TPP(Two-party-preferred) and even though it's not exactly a second round, i've decided to remake my old france campaign, now with TPP and first round votes. Here are some pics

Replace it with a NOTA vote. That option should be a LOT more common - in fact, every First World nation should have it.

And if NOTA is the majority?

Then ALL the other parties know they've collectively failed the people, and the whole political system needs SERIOUS review, and a LOT of people, parties, organization in government and politics need to permanently lose their jobs. Maybe a new Constitution with directly elected delegates, not ones selected by, or requiring the approval or participation, of the incumbent government.

I have the feeling you disapprove of that sentiment, @NYrepublican

Please show me where it works in practice. We have a pretty good sample size of democracies.

It's a hypothetical system. But the real question is, what alternative to what I suggest would you say would be equitable if a ballot option that was measurable showed that a majority of voters disapproved of ALL parties and candidates running. How would you suggest dealing with utter lack of popular support for all the political players and potential political players - a socio-political catastrophe in the making, realistically speaking. Offer me a more pragmatic solution than all political candidates and parties losing and a new Constitutional convention being elected by popularly elected delegates to produce a new Constitution with no need for approval or participation by the incumbent government. What's a better way to handle the dire situation that EVERY party and candidate had lost popular support and it could be quantified and shown?

What does the "Francais etablis hors de France" region represent? I know that being Canadian, I'm expected, by international stereotype, to be fluent in both French and English, but only a statistical minority of Canadians are. :P

French residents living outside France. For example the fifth constituency covers frenchies living in Spain, Portugal, Andorra and Monaco.

How’s it going @lizarraba? I haven’t done much with the two round thing, but how long is the first round and second round for this scenario?
