They get a C+ among polling rankers. This isn't to say this one poll isn't accurate. A C+ still means the polls aren't way off the mark.

Sean F. Kennedy 0 Report post Posted April 19 Ugh here we go with a candidate where nobody looks at his record inside South Bend and how the neighborhoods outside of downtown South Bend are being hurt more and more. Same story that's going on in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York City, Cleveland and countless other cities. Where the marriage is only concerned about be downtown space into making it a hub. If we have a candidate like him we can expect another 4 years of Trump as I hit my head against a wall. I feel like if anyone agrees with me it'll be @WVProgressive

A Democrat will always win unless something strange happens. Also it's a matter of just you googling it but since you don't want to do that here. I'm not saying he's the worst candidate but he's not what everybody's making him out to be https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.cnn.com/cnn/2019/04/13/politics/pete-buttigieg-south-bend-record/index.html

What are you telling me a Rhodes Scholar might be out of touch with the concerns of the working class*? Also, for all the talk of "diversity" the most important part of determining a candidates interests, their class, has been overlooked. Who are the candidates from the working class*? Bernie, Tulsi, Ryan? 2 minutes ago, Jayavarman said: How did Mayor Buttigieg get re-elected with 80% of the vote if he hurt South Bend "more and more." Edouard 0 Report post Posted April 19 I'm personnaly in favor of Beto, but Butt is really winning a lot of supports days after days and he could seriously do a Obama smash. But I ask myself if it's not a Hillary bonus. Hillary was also helped because she was a woman, she even admitted it. But I ask myself if Butt's sexuality plays (even if he does not want) in his favor
SilentLiberty 0 Report post Posted April 19 2 hours ago, Edouard said: But I ask myself if Butt's sexuality plays (even if he does not want) in his favor I think it does but I've also seen it hurt him. There have been articles already saying that 'he's not gay enough' or 'is Mayor Pete really the gay president we want?' things like that. I do think in the end it would help him far more than hurt him with the LGBQT+ community, and he absolutely is trying to go down that lane. He's been attacking Mike Pence pretty frequently recently. I believe John Delaney is worth roughly $90 million- so money is not a huge issue to him. This backbencher can afford this vanity project in theory till 2024- assuming Trump wins 2020 lol.
