@vcczar Can I suggest changing the requirement for making the Veteran's Ballot? I would suggest making it so anyone who receives 50% of the vote on the 10th ballot can advance to the Veteran's Ballot. I'm not sure what the requirement is for the Veterans' Committee to consider candidates for the Baseball Hall of Fame, though, which I know you said you were basing this on.

**New Rule: As per JNewt's suggestion. Anyone on the 10th ballot will move to the Veteran's Ballot if they receive 50% support on ballot 10. Also, I don't think most people noticed that they were supposed to vote for or against Baron von Steuben on the Veterans Ballot. I'm just going to do the Veteran ballots at the very end. I'll give Steuben another chance when I do this**

No one is inducted, but Douglass and Anthony got within a vote. 

**New Rule: As per JNewt's suggestion. Anyone on the 10th ballot will move to the Veteran's Ballot if they receive 50% support on ballot 10. Also, I don't think most people noticed that they were supposed to vote for or against Baron von Steuben on the Veterans Ballot. I'm just going to do the Veteran ballots at the very end. I'll give Steuben another chance when I do this**

I notice Matthew Perry's quite popular. Has anyone considered that if Perry hadn't made his expedition, the whole Pacific Theatre of WW2 might never have happened?
