Hey middle, I recommend using the Wyoming Rule in allotting Ev's. Have the state's number of EVs determined by how many wyomings can fit into the state's population.

Decade-By-Decade History

1812(The Founding)

After being colonized by British rule for years the colonies of Pennsylvania,New Jersey,Virginia, and Maryland decided to break off (in a civil war precedence of ways) however, unlike in our own timeline with the Civil War this was done peacefully, as Lu Point Steward, the governor of Pennsylvania proceed the king to pursue a "democratic way of a freedom of alternate cultured colonies to be United and peacefully proclaimed" ,this committee was lead by himself, treasure of the colonies Andrew London, and General of the colony Heward Lultz. The King of the United Kingdom accepted the treaty under conditions that income of the states be paid in increments for the next 25 years to the Kingdom. The United States was now officially created. A committee of 26 influential men which was proclaimed the Congress of the USA wrote and signed the Constitution (the same) The committee however also stated by a vote of 23-3 that the leader of the peaceful break off Lu Point Steward would rule the states for the rest of his lifetime (This would make the first election 1828 a 16 year rule). However all changes made had to be first put through the committee of 26. All States had 2 Representatives elected by the state.

I have to admit, I'm not entirely clear on the core premise and plot of what's going on here and what the "divergence from the RW timeline" is. It feels like starting to read a novel I have no previous spoilers or reviews of four or five chapters in.

Alternate history is VERY tricky, and the changes (and extrapolating how they'd logically pan out compared to familiar knowledge) is usually far oversimplified by alternate history and time travel authors, as it would almost certainly be, in truth, a veritable butterfly effect leading to a completely and utterly unrecognizable present. That's why my only real fictional scenario series is hypothetical future - events that haven't yet occurred. Having given that warning and wisdom, though, I wish you good luck, and I'll follow this thread and try not to be too mean in constructive criticism. :P
