    Gubernatorial Elections?

FL-Sen 2016. I'll have to rework it when the favorability update comes, though, so it'll be a while until it sees the light of day.

    Gubernatorial Elections?

PF+P08 had a map maker built into Campaigns Forever, map making has to be done manually in Infinity. I have a non-Presidential scenario in the works, though...

    Creating Maps for District Elections

Won't promise anything. Congressional maps are a pain to do. We'll see.
  4. I could do that in about two weeks when I get home.
  5. I'd like to think I'm decent at making maps.

    Creating Maps for District Elections

Find a blank map for the district and edit it according to instructions found in the forums, to start with. If you're not comfortable with editing the xml files, I suggest waiting until the Campaign Editor is developed further.

    Campaign Data

Candidates suggestion: 2000 - Sen. Paul Wellstone, Rev. Jesse Jackson, Gov. Howard Dean, Rep. Dick Gephardt, Sen. Bob Kerrey (Democrats) 2012 - Rep. Dennis Kucinich (Democrat), Fmr. Gov. Tim Pawlenty, Mr. Herman Cain, Fmr. Gov. Sarah Palin, Fmr. Gov. Mike Huckabee (Republicans) Comments on endorsers: Blanche Lincoln would probably be a conservative Democrat, IIRC she talked about filibustering Obamacare and was a general pain for the Democrats pre-2010, leading to the Bill Halter incident. Is Pete Wilson centrist enough to be liberal, considering immigration as an issue? Dianne Feinstein is no liberal - she's clearly closer to the average Democrat than to Boxer and she is rather hawkish. I'd put her as an average Democrat. Mitt Romney as Governor of Massachusetts might have been liberal enough to be colored pink. I never saw Stabenow as anything but a mainstream Democrat. Christine Todd Whitman was also relatively centrist, she's a no labels-advocate these days. Gordon Smith and Tom Ridge are also often touted as "moderates". So is Jim Douglas, like all VT Republicans. Was Herb Kohl that conservative?

    Congress Forever 2014 pre-orders announced!

You pre-order through contributing to the Kickstarter.

    Weiner For President

I don't really think he's viable to be added in the official release, but the candidate editor's quite user-friendly

Oh right, I want this one too of course. tick_tock_guy[a t]hotmail.com
  11. I like the premise, but it's very unpolished. The Canadian provinces being only dots makes it feel kinda sloppy, unfortunately, even if I understand why. And the Canadian mugs aren't the best. Fix these and change more things from the other 2020 scenario (more candidates, for example) and we have a potentially really good scenario.

    Australia 2013 scenarios ready

Great job, but I'd imagine 270soft is already working on (and near completing) a 2013 scenario.

    United States - 1996

Huh. In the version I have, it's Dole that's pretty much unbeatable thanks to Whitewater scandals and bizarre percentages in the primaries. But yeah, 1996 is good.
  14. Well, that was a short but intensive trip into scenario making. I'll finish up the Year of the Woman scenario in due time, we'll see what happens with the 2008 one.

    Lahbas's Opinions/Suggestions Thread

Seconding pretty much everything in this thread, for the record.
